The venue was in a central location so close to passing parade as well as the center of Karlovy Vary. Had nice dainties at Cafe Royal, located very close to the hotel. Provided breakfast was fresh made and satisfactory with the cheese and smoked meat, as example, exceeded our expectations.

The Explore Rooms overlooking the courtyard are simply breathtaking! The furniture from the world-famous Italian company "SCAPINI" adds a touch of elegance to the cozy atmosphere. I felt like I was in a luxurious home away from home. As an old person, I appreciate the comfort and beauty of the room.
Personally, I found the view over the colonnade in the De Luxe rooms to be a bit too busy for my taste. It's just my subjective opinion, and others might enjoy the bustling vibe.

I had a great stay during my business trip at this hotel. The staff was incredibly polite and helpful, making my stay a lot easier. The location is perfect - right at the heart of the city. The room was comfortable and featured stunning period furniture and a beautiful mosaic in the bathroom. One of the best things about this hotel is the swimming pool. It was impeccably clean and offered a great way to relax after a long day of work.
There were a few negative aspects to my stay. The breakfast options were limited, and as a vegan, I had a hard time finding something to eat.

We had a great weekend at this hotel. The room was spacious and well-decorated, and the bathroom had a powerful shower with plenty of amenities. The swimming pool was clean and inviting, and although we didn't have a chance to use it, it was a nice feature. The location of the hotel was perfect for exploring the city, as it was close to the center and the restaurants. The breakfast buffet had a wide selection of fruits, bread rolls, and jams, which was fantastic.
There were a few things that we didn't like about our stay. the parking situation was a bit challenging, as there wasn't much parking available in the area.
